Evans completed a series of oral histories with people involved in the early development of electronic digital computers in Great Britain and the United States and the development of the computer industry in the United States. The series was sponsored by the Science Museum, London, and the National Physical Laboratory, Teddington, and was part of the research for Evans' book, the Micro Millennium.
